At Greenway, our olive oil is the result of family tradition, responsible farming, and a transparent production process. Made exclusively from our own olives, harvested and processed locally, our virgin olive oil represents a high-quality, authentic product that reflects the best of Dalmatian soil and climate.

Our olives are cold-pressed using mechanical methods at temperatures not exceeding 30°C, preserving the natural aroma, nutritional value, and chemical integrity of the oil. No industrial blends, no shortcuts — just pure, unrefined virgin olive oil of the highest quality.

 

 

We offer our oil in glass bottles of 0.1L, 0.25L, 0.5L, 0.75L, and 1L, making it suitable for both tasting and everyday use. Upon request, we enrich the oil with natural additions such as garlic, bay leaf, rosemary, black pepper, hot chili pepper, and other seasonal herbs. Each bottle is carefully prepared to order, allowing you to personalize the flavor profile to your taste.

Our process is fully traceable and visible. From the arrival of the freshly picked olives at the mill to the final pressing, we maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards:
